You’ll just think I’m Asian again, but I like this stuff. I think its cute… well it was cute, until I found out they were singing about fucked up stuff half the time. But if you ignore that, its cute animations, and cute sounding songs. And hell most of them have higher voices than me so oddly is comforting? Miku Hatsune is a fairly popular character on Youtube and Niconico Douga. She's a character created by Crypton Future Media to represent their sound package for Yamaha's Vocaloid system. Vocaloid, in short, is a program used to create a synthesized singer.

The latest in the Vocaloid series, Megurine Luka has just been released, and niconico douga is already starting to be inundated with new songs, with 4 Luka songs quickly taking the top spots. One composer has even pumped out 2 in the span of a day.
